In accordance with current legislation (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your items to exercise your right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty.
Tip: keep the original packaging (if possible) to protect the item during return shipping.
1) Return acceptance conditions
Items in their original condition, complete (accessories, manuals, covers, etc.).
Products unused, unwashed, undamaged.
Include your order number or proof of purchase.
Exclusions
Personalized or custom-made items.
Products clearly used, damaged, or incomplete.
2) Return procedure
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions (label if applicable).

For reliable tracking, prefer a shipment with a tracking number. Keep the proof of deposit.
3) Return costs
At the customer's expense, except in case of our error (defective, damaged, or non-compliant product).
For an eligible Amazon PRIME order, a prepaid return label may be provided.
4) Refund
Carried out within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and inspection of the products.
Via the same payment method used for the order.
If the conditions are not met, we may refuse the refund and offer you a return.
5) Exchanges
You can request an exchange (size, model, color), subject to availability. Indicate this in your return request email.

How do I exercise my 14-day right of withdrawal?
Write to us within 14 days after receipt. We will guide you for the return and refund.
Do I have to return the item in its original packaging?
It is not mandatory, but recommended to protect the product. The item must arrive intact, complete, and clean.
Are return shipping costs reimbursed?
No, except in case of our error (defect, non-compliance). For eligible Amazon PRIME orders, a prepaid label may be provided.
Which carrier should I use?
At your choice, with a tracking number. Keep the deposit receipt. If a label is provided by us, follow the instructions received by email.
How long does the refund take?
Up to 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned products.
